MIXED MARTIAL ARTS
For new and existing martial
artists looking to train in an environment that uses effective proven techniques from a variety of fighting styles.
Training will include conditioning,
speed drills, flexibility exercises, and effective stand-up and ground fighting techniques.
The fighting arts of Boxing,
Muay Thai kickboxing, Wrestling, Karate and Ju Jitsu will form the foundation of our fighting style. We will use the best
techniques from these styles such as punching, kicking, elbows, knees, take downs, grappling and submissions. The emphasis
will be on contact fighting but safety will be a priority. Sparring gear will be required.
